Preparing stock bottles (Flower remedies & Essences) for use

Before you can use the essence it has to be diluted. For this dilution you use a dosing bottle. Usually a dosing bottle of 10ml or 30ml is used.

How do you make a dosing bottle?

To make a dosing bottle with a flower remedy, proceed as follows: Take a clean bottle with a pipette of 30 ml (or 10 ml). Put about 1 cm of alcohol (e.g. cognac, grain gin, vegetable glycerine or apple vinegar) in it for preservation and fill the remainder with spring water. For 10 ml bottles, use 1/3 of the amount of alcohol needed for a 30 ml bottle.

A 30 ml dosing bottle can be used for a period of 4 to 5 weeks; longer is also possible. You make a dosing bottle by putting two drops from the stock (Stock) bottle into the dosing bottle. Then close the bottle and mix it by shaking.

Dosage

4 x 3 drops daily; spread over the day; take directly in the mouth or with a little water. Hold in the mouth for a moment and swallow. Or as prescribed by your therapist.

In crisis situations, one can take 3 drops several times, each at intervals of 10 to 15 minutes, until one feels noticeable relief. Do not use late at night

Save

Keep out of reach of young children. Store at room temperature or in a cool place.

If the bottles are stored in a dark, cool place, even after they have been opened, they will have an unlimited shelf life.

Keep away from TV, microwave, computer, mobile phones and the like.

Aqueous solution of a mix of the 5 emergency flower blossom energies (Doldigen melkster, Sunflower, Lentekool, Vine, Cherry plum), supplemented with cognac for preservation.

Active substance:0,777%. Alcohol: 20%. Organic.
