Dosage and use

20 à 40 à 50 gouttes dans 30 ml d'eau 3 fois par jour. Ne dépassez pas la dose indiquée. Bien agiter avant de servir.

Pour de bons résultats, utilisez la teinture sans alcool de ginseng de Sibérie pendant au moins 1 mois. En raison de sa polyvalence, il est idéal d'utiliser le ginseng sibérien toute l'année, en alternance avec des pauses.
